Looking Back On 2021: Services Our Agents Loved
As we approach 2022, we’d like to take a moment to look back and highlight 5 favorite services and product features that we released with the support and feedback from our agents and their clients.

1. Agent Client Surveys & Support
During AEP, we contacted agent clients on their behalf and asked them to complete an AEP survey. We received over 1,000 survey responses and saved our agents~430 hours of work.
2. Prospects Invitations & Digital Needs Assessment
New for 2022, agents can invite prospects by email to fill out their needs assessment in advance of meeting with them. This will save time for our agents and ensure better accuracy in capturing their information.
3. Navigator Tasks
Our Navigator team completed ~9,000 activities, assisting agent clients with benefit questions, provider search, and medical billing — and with a satisfaction score of 96%.
4.Client Activity Timeline
Over the summer we released the activity timeline, which gives agents full visibility into all of the activities our team is doing on their behalf, from sending mail to responding to an email to making an outbound call.
5. Structured Health Information
Agents were asking for a place to store a client’s providers and medication information. We heard them loud and clear! Now they can stay better organized on the Spark Platform, and it helps our Navigator team provide a personalized outreach with their clients.
