As we close out 2025, I want to celebrate everything that Spark agents and our team members accomplished together this year.

These numbers show what agents can accomplish when backed by the best technology and services in the industry. Spark is the only platform that equips them with the workflows, data intelligence, and support they need to capture, enroll, and retain more clients.
This year, we strengthened our offering, delivering:
- AI-powered workflows to help agents act fast on plan disruptions and churn risks
- Real-time visibility into client statuses and opportunities across agents' entire book of business
- Client support for over 13,000 beneficiaries, freeing up agents' time for strategic growth
We also brought in new leaders from tech and healthcare, growing the team to 130 people to greatly expand our support. Together, we’re setting a new standard for healthcare advocacy.
Looking ahead
2026 is shaping up to be a breakout year for Spark brokers and agencies.
As Medicare plans continue to undergo a major reset, agents who combine deep healthcare expertise with a tech-enabled backoffice will see the most success.
Our platform will keep you at the forefront. We’re building tech that enables you to serve clients telephonically and virtually, as demand for remote guidance continues to rise. New product offerings will help you serve clients year-round. AI-powered insights across your entire book of business will unlock new revenue opportunities.
Advocacy will also be a big focus. We’ll continue to push for more reforms that enable brokers to operate profitably while recognizing carriers’ need to adapt.
What we accomplished this year is just the beginning.
