Introducing your new favorite team member — Spark's AI Assistant 🤖

No more manually updating your book or missing critical client updates. Your Spark AI Assistant tracks every client from submission to enrollment, spots plan exits and disruptions, and automatically prioritizes who needs help. It connects the dots across carrier systems, CMS, Sunfire, and platform data so you don’t have to.

This is what the future of client management looks like. Here's how it works.

Automatically keep your book accurate

In the age of AI, verifying your clients’ policies and monitoring for ongoing plan disruptions shouldn’t take days.

The AI Assistant takes on the tedious work of reconciling carrier, Sunfire, CMS, and platform data. Soon, you'll see your clients' complete plan histories in Spark, including their latest crosswalks, active policies, terminations, and more:

Automatically identify clients impacted by plan disruptions

If you've opted into the AEP retention campaign, the AI Assistant will save you even more time.

Using up-to-date needs info gathered by the campaign, it will analyze whether your clients' needs are covered by their current plan — drug and PCP coverage, deductibles, premiums, co-pays, and more.

2026 plan changes

To help you quickly identify who needs your attention most, we're launching a new work queue on Sep. 30 that will prioritize and filter your clients based on recommended actions.

Automate plan exit outreach

Clients affected by plan exits should get your immediate attention — so we built a new exit retention campaign to help.

The campaign will automatically email impacted clients whenever the AI Assistant detects a new exit, directing them to book an appointment. Add a scheduling URL to your marketing profile to make it even easier for them to get in touch — and prevent churn.
