Working in the Medicare space has taught me that our knowledge and guidance can leave a lingering impact on those we assist. The agent you select can be the reason why your doctors will no longer see you or they can be the reason that you're now able to afford your new medication. Knowing this, I take pride in the value I bring to the table when meeting clients. At the start of what would become my life long profession, I first started as an agency owners assistant when I was 22. During that time I learned how to navigating individuals current health plan benefits, determine eligibility for state assistance programs and locate local resources in my community whose programs could benefit the demographic I was serving. I spent my days calling health plan carriers, health and human resources, and healthcare providers trying to find answers to questions our clients had. It was important to me to have answers, even if getting those answers took a little digging on my end. Today as an agency owner, I never forget about my roots and the way I started in this business. My goal is and has been to provide you with the right guidance and care you should expect from someone assisting in your healthcare decisions....no matter how big or small those decisions may be.
