Wesley began his career in 1998 and joined Gallagher in 2022. He represents various products such as health, life, dental, vision, critical illness/cancer and disability for all size businesses as well as individuals and families including Medicare products. Menard High School Alumnus and graduate in business from Northwestern State University, Wesley has also earned an Executive MBA.

Wesley has over 23 years in the health insurance industry with eight years as an Account Executive for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana as well as he owned Watkins Group prior to joining Gallagher. Wesley's extensive work background enables him to specialize in group benefits such as Health Savings Accounts (H S A), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Self-Funded Group Plans, Strategic Benefit Planning, and Consumer Driven Health Plans.

Wesley holds a designation of “Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC)”, which defines him as an expert in the health insurance industry, particularly dealing with Consumer Driven Health Plans (CDHPs) and self-funded plans. Wesley is a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) and is recognized as a leading national producer achieving top qualifications within the National Association of Health Underwriters. Wesley is one of the few agents that has a specific certification in Health Care Reform Law. Wesley serves on local, state, and national boards for the Association of Health Underwriters as well as advisory council to the Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance. Wesley is most proud of his 2 sons and wonderful marriage to his loving wife living in Alexandria.
