Over the past 10 years, I have been working in the Hospice and Home Health Care Industry by educating patients and their families on hospice and home healthcare benefits. The patients or individuals needing the services are smoothly transitioned from the hospital or nursing facility to home. Additionally, those currently at home experiencing a change in care needs may also receive services. With that being said, Medicare is an excellent opportunity to help the community even more by providing accurate and appropriate information about Medicare Managed Care and the benefits so an informed decision is made when selecting a Medicare Advantage Health Plan. I am looking forward to continuing to serve our community.
