Funny story, I got into the Medicare business on accident! So.. a little over a decade ago, I passed my insurance license exam and started in the industry with MassMutual Financial Group. I achieved top new producer in the agency, and couple years after that I became an independent broker and started my own life insurance brokerage. One day, my aunt called me, panicking, asking me many questions regarding this "Medicare insurance thing". Mind you, before this event, I have never even heard of Medicare. So I started digging in, searching on the web, and to my amazement, it was FREAKING confusing!! If it is confusing for a seasoned insurance broker, it must be much worse for everyday folk! After realizing the need for education among the masses regarding Medicare, I decided to take the necessary steps and certifications in order to help people in my community to not be afraid of Medicare. Fast forward a couple years, I had the privilege to help many other agents from all over the place like me to help their own communities. Today, my agency assist our clients with their Medicare needs, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Long Term Care Planning, and many more.
