Throughout the past few years, I have watched many of my family and friends, struggle to understand and navigate Medicare. Many of them enroll in plans that don't cover their needs, or don't fit into their budget. This has made me realize the vast demand for seniors who are in need of guidance in understanding and enrolling in the Medicare plan that best suits their specific healthcare needs. My goal is to advocate, support, and guide individuals toward the plan most suitable for them, at a cost that is affordable. In doing so, I aim to support my client and continue to direct them in the constantly changing Medicare system. Over the past 30 years, my husband and I have owned a couple of businesses. Both in customer service. I've, also, work at my local Trader Joe's store for over 10 years. Trader Joe's mission statement, "Our goal is to bring our customers the best food and beverage values and to provide them with the information required for informed buying decisions." Another principle the company focuses on is their "7 core values." Two of their main values are "Integrity" and "WOW customer experience." I, too, believe in these principles and they are the foundation of my daily life and business life. My life away from work is focused on spending time traveling, playing pickleball, and going on fun adventures with my husband of 32 years as well as spending quality time with my 3 adult boys whenever time allows.
