I have been a Medicare Specialist for 5 years. I go above and beyond spending time with each person, and educating them to understand Medicare and Medicare basics. My client retention is high because I follow up with their individual needs and questions.- I love to volunteer in my community and local events. I participate in senior centers and local markets when I get the chance.
