I strive to take adequate time to listen to my clients so that I can get a clear understanding of their goals and needs. I then work diligently to find the lowest-cost, highest-benefit plans. My favorite part of the job is then educating my clients -- I want them to really understand why they're in the plan that I've recommended for them and how to take advantage of all it has to offer.
