About Derek Caldwell Hi, I'm Derek Caldwell. My journey into Medicare began while helping my parents choose a Medicare plan. Like so many families, we quickly discovered how confusing Medicare could be. I became licensed because I wanted to fully understand it so I could help my parents make informed decisions. Today, I have the privilege of helping other individuals and families do the same. For more than 20 years, I've built my career around educating and advising people through important decisions. I believe the best solutions begin with listening, understanding each person's unique situation, and taking the time to explain things clearly. My goal is simple: to be your advisor, educator, and advocate—helping you make informed decisions about Medicare and life insurance. Medicare helps protect your health. Life insurance helps protect the people you love. Both are important parts of creating peace of mind for you and your family. I don't believe my job ends when you enroll in a plan. I don't disappear after enrollment. Medicare changes, life changes, and questions come up. Whether you need guidance next week or next year, I'm only a phone call, text, or email away. My ongoing guidance and support are always provided at no cost to my Medicare clients. I want you to feel confident that you have someone you can call whenever you need help. When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my two children, exploring the outdoors, or behind a camera. Photography has taught me to slow down and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us—not only in nature, but in the kindness, resilience, and everyday moments that make people extraordinary. I believe everyone has a story worth listening to. Everyone deserves to be treated with patience, respect, and compassion—not rushed through an appointment or made to feel like just another client.
