The most import part of my job....is treat people as human being not as a commodity. My clients are grandmother and grandfather, aunts and uncles, friends and family. Before entering the Medicare world I was a cook and one thing we use to say about the food that went out is"...would you service this to your mother?" I'm originally from Southern California and a graduated from The University of Southern California with dual B.A. degrees in International Relations & Economics.
