Originally from Flint, Michigan. Now living in the great state of Florida, I've found my calling. After experiencing the frustration of not knowing how Healthcare works with my Employer Coverage in my mid 20's after a back injury and not having anyone to reach out to for help, I decided to take it upon myself to find my own answers. I was blessed enough to have someone in my corner at the time who was already in the Insurance Industry. At this point, I was in year 10 of working in the Hospitality Industry and knew it was time for change. With help, I was able to graduate college with an associate's degree and received my 0215 Health, Life, & Variable Annuities License in the fall of 2013. I brokered many Carriers in my first year of business but wasn't very happy with the agency I was with. In the spring of 2014, I found A&B Insurance and Financial and I've been with them ever since. Since my book of business has grown exponentially, I was finally able to Incorporate in 2022 since we are 1099 Agents. This fall of 2025 will be my 13th Open Enrollment Period for Major Medical and Medicare Plans. I'm ecstatic that our agency teamed up with Spark Advisors this last Annual Enrollment Period allowing us to broker more Medicare Advantage Plan Carriers. With so many options to offer now, there's no reason I can't find a Medicare Plan to fit my client's needs when they turn 65. Having been with the same agency for so long has enabled me to create long term relationships with many of my clients who trust me to help them when it's time for Medicare. Aside from finding my calling with work, some of my hobbies include fitness, learning how to cook everything from scratch (due to medical issues), embroidery, crafting, and fishing. I'm also still a big nerd and enjoy playing video games to unwind.
